Yes. We come to your home anywhere in our North Texas service area with product samples, personalized advice and professional measurements, and leave you a custom estimate — completely free.
How long until my shades are installed?
Standard timelines are approximately 30–45 days after order approval. Eligible smaller or time-sensitive orders may qualify for an expedited 14–20 day timeline, subject to availability.
What types of window treatments do you offer?
Zebra/dual shades — our flagship — plus roller, roman, faux wood, motorized, cordless, cellular/honeycomb and solar shades, for homes and select commercial projects.
Do you offer motorized shades?
Yes. We supply and install motorized shades; available controls and features depend on the selected system.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Most product categories carry a three-year limited warranty; faux wood blinds carry a two-year limited warranty, subject to our official warranty terms.
Do you require a deposit, and how can I pay?
A 30% non-refundable deposit places your order; the remaining 70% is due after installation. We accept cash, Zelle, checks, Venmo and bank transfers.
Who actually comes to my home?
The owner. The same person who measures your windows and prepares your estimate installs your shades — not a salesperson, not a subcontractor.
Do you have child-safe and cordless options?
Yes. Cordless and motorized shades remove accessible cords, which we recommend for nurseries, kids’ rooms and homes with pets.
What exactly does the estimate include?
Professional measurement, the shades themselves, hardware and installation. Your estimate is itemized, so you can compare it line by line with any other quote.
